Udyam Certificate is an e-certificate that is obtained after completing Udyam Registration of a business into an enterprise. In this process, a business is registered as a Micro Small or Medium Enterprise (MSME) under the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MoMSME). It is free of cost and no money is required to be paid to anyone. Udyam certificate is generally issued within 24-48 hours after form submission.

Find below the components of Udyam Registration Form:

  • Applicant Name, as per Aadhar card

  • Mobile Number, as per Udyam Registration Certificate

Note: After the form submission, a Copy of Udyam Registered Certificate shall be delivered to the registered email address within 24-48 working hours.

Step 1: Visit the Udaym Registration official website to obtain the registration certificate

Step 2: Check for the registration form and fill it online

Step 3: Mention all the required information in the application form, such as the applicant’s name, registered mobile number and email address along with Udyam registration number

Step 4: Accept the terms and restrictions to receive a copy of the revised Udyam certificate in your email address

Note: Only the previously mentioned registered number & e-mail address shall be accepted. You are also required to share the OTP with our representative to proceed with your application.

  • Applicant’s Name: Applicants are required to mention their exact name as displayed in their Aadhar Card, Issued by UIDAI

  • Mobile Number: Applicants are further required to enter their mobile number, as per Udyam Registration Certificate

  • Email Address: Registered email address should only be mentioned as per Udyam Registration Certificate

  • To take print of your certificate, Udyam Registration Number is mandatory to be filled

  • Udyam Registration Number shall be there on the certificate, as when delivered at your registered email address.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Udyam Registration (https://udyamregistration.gov.in/)

Step 2: Go to the registration form on thepage to click further

Step 3: Enter your Udyam application serial or enrolment number

Step 4: Enter your registered mobile number or email address to receive an OTP

Step 5: After submitting the OTP you shall get the status of your registration status.

  • Duly filled application form with passport-sized photographs

  • Aadhar Card and PAN card of the Applicant and Co-applicant, Partner and Director, if applicable

  • Business name of the Entity

  • Type of Organization

  • Nature of business

  • Business Incorporation Certificate

  • Bank account details

  • PAN card and GST number of the company

  • ITR including P&L statement

  • Employee Details

  • Details of investment in Plant, Machinery and Equipment

  • Proof of belonging to any Social Category, such as General, SC/ST or OBC

  • Details of DIC (District Industry Center) nearest to the business
