Job Description:
Are you a go-getter who loves meeting new people and building connections? Do you have a knack for sales and want to be part of a growing e-commerce platform? RDMall is looking for Vendor Onboarding Field Executives to join our team all over India.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers on the RDMall platform.
- Identify and approach potential sellers/vendors in your local and nearby areas.
- Explain the benefits of partnering with RDMall and assist them in the onboarding process.
- Ensure all documentation and required formalities are completed accurately.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets by onboarding a minimum of 50 sellers/vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to onboarded sellers/vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers/vendors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Sales or field marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Must have a smartphone and access to the internet.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Freshers Welcome.
